Image Gallery: Photobooth Phun 2
This weekend was quite spectacular. First, I got an Apple 20" 2.0 GHz Intel Core Duo iMac with the upgraded video card and wireless keyboard/mouse. Seriously, awesome. The remote included with the computer to operate the media center app, Front Row, is just awesome. There's a little magnet in the remote so it "sticks" to the side of the computer. Very cool. The remote has basically turned the computer into a giant iPod. The interfaces between the iPod and the remote are very similar. The only problem I've experienced has been with the slowness of the computer itself. But, I did buy it with 512 megs of RAM, so I'm kinda asking for it. Apple wanted $300 to do an in-store upgrade to 1 GB. I shook my head and am going ot Fry's Electronics to pick up the same RAM for $100. I'm sure the RAM increase with yield a performance increase and I will be a happy camper.
Saturday night, after unpacking the computer and all that, we had some friends over and had more fun with Photobooth. What's funny to me is that we all sat in front of the computer for about 45 minutes laughing our faces off taking some really stupid pictures.
Be warned... there are 70 photos or so to look through. Some are stupid, but most are really, really stupid.
