I believe I used 1" PVC for all the white tubing and then 1/2" sprinkler-type tubing for the rounded black frame. Black duct tape was used to join everything. If I were to do it again, I would use a stronger black tubing that wouldn't bend as a result of the tight fabric application. Also, I would not make it so huge. :)

Hey just curious as to what exact fabric did you use for the yellow pacman effect? also, did you design this idea all by yourself or did you have some type of directions or a guide to help you, and if so, would you mind sending it to me? thanks that will be greatly appreciated.

It was a cheap fabric I bought from JoAnn fabric. It was some thin, cheap, clearance fabric. There are directions on the site here: http://garone.net/anthony/blog/?title=pacman
