this is a great 'before' picture of Adam because it makes him look bigger than he actually was and with no neck so now that he's lost so much weight and looks so amazing, he can look even MORE amazing. Kinda like when I put on the size 6X pants I own--I never wore that big of a size but it makes me feel skinny and if I take pictures with them on.........people can think I've lost TONS of weight! hee hee
